Altogether, the order can take between two weeks and two months. This is mostly dependant on what fabric you choose to use.

If possible, please order at least two months before your wedding. Anything closer than this could incur a rush fee.

No, you will not be able to return your bespoke order for a refund, credit or exchange as it has been made specifically for you. Of course, if the product(s) arrive damaged or not in the size you requested, then a credit or refund will be issued.

Oh hell no - anyone can take advantage of the bespoke service! The exact same process applies and you can choose any fabric you like.

The answer to this is yes and no. Yes, you will need to pay for shipment of the fabric - whether you are sending fabric directly to us or from a supplier. No, you will not have to pay for delivery of your final bespoke order - we will cover that.

This very much depends on what products you are choosing and what fabric. If you are supplying the fabric then this will keep the cost down greatly, and you can expect to pay somewhere between £75 - £110 for a two-piece, and £100 - £150 for a three-piece. If you would like us to source the fabric for you, then this will naturally cost more. You can expect to pay somewhere between £85 - £130 for a two-piece, and £120 - £200 for a three-piece. Please note, these price ranges are purely a guide - actual cost could be higher or lower. This will be communicated clearly to you before any fabric/trims are bought. If you are unhappy with the price and do not wish to proceed after you have paid your deposit, then it will be refunded back to you minus a £2.50 processing fee and possibly a further £15 fee if research has already been carried out into fabrics etc. Again, this will be clearly communicated.

Yes! Absolutely. We understand that you want your special day to be perfect, so if you are wanting a specific colour of bra strap elastic that is not listed in the standard colours (white, blue or black), then just let us know. Same goes for hardware - we currently only offer gold and rose gold, but if you would prefer silver, just let us know! Additionally, we only offer white picot elastic, but we do have a few other colours we can offer, or, we can even dye the elastic to the colour you want. Naturally, this will incur additional charges as we will need to order/dye specifically for you, but full costs will be communicated clearly to you.
