What will my package look like?
all orders will arrive in a discreet brown cardboard box. If gift packaging was selected, this will be inside the cardboard box too.
Returns and Exchanges
We completely understand that sometimes you change your mind after placing an order.​
We do accept returns and exchanges as long as the piece is new, unworn and within 14 days of receiving.​​
Returns​
Return postage will be covered by the customer.

Exchanges
We do accept exchanges, either within the first two hours of placing the order, or once you have received your order. ​

Please note the following return and exchange rules:
- Due to hygiene reasons, the following products CANNOT be returned or exchanged: thongs, high waist knickers, Brazilian knickers
- Stockings can be returned as long as the packaging is unopened and undamaged
- If returning part of a lingerie set, you will only be eligible to a partial refund to cover the 5% discount
- All custom made items are non returnable, exchangeable or refundable
- Original postage is not refundable​
