Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Wyn-Wiley Lingerie, we completely understand that sometimes you change your mind after placing an order. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. That's why we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

General Return Conditions

We accept returns as long as:

  • The item is new, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges:

  • Within the first 2 hours of placing your order

  • After you have received your order (as long as the item meets our return conditions above)

If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at wyn-wiley@outlook.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange. We will reply with further instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Thongs

  • High waist knickers

  • Brazilian knickers

Additionally:

  • Custom-made items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable

Special Rules for Specific Products
  • Stockings may be returned only if the packaging is unopened and undamaged

  • Returning part of a lingerie set:
    If you return a single item from a lingerie set, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the original set discount. Example: You purchased the Winnie Lingerie Set for £118 (which includes a 5% set discount) and return the suspender (retail price £45). Your refund will be £38, calculated as follows:
    £118 - £50 (bra full price) - £30 (thong full price) = £38 refund

Refunds & Processing
  • Original postage costs are non-refundable under any circumstance

  • Returned items will undergo a full inspection upon receipt

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method if the item passes inspection

  • Wyn-Wiley Lingerie reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is not in the same condition as sold (e.g., worn, damaged, missing tags)

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process after inspection.
